Since 2017, the NACFB has sought to review our broker Members against what we term our Minimum Standards document.
This document forms the yardstick by which we measure our Members, but we are keen to assess this document alongside our current approach in a collaborative forum designed to ensure both Members and Patrons of the Association are better prepared to meet future challenges.
We’re inviting NACFB Patrons to attend an interactive session we are hosting alongside Jo Davies from law firm Locke Lord at the Bronte Room in the British Library from 12.30pm to 3.30pm on Tuesday 10th December.
Following a buffet lunch, the aim of the session will be threefold:
The overarching objective is to agree for the NACFB to visit all Members face to face and carry out more robust checks including file checks and for that to work we need your buy-in.
The NACFB Minimum Standards document, together with our Code of Practice, sets out and promotes the standards of compliance and professionalism that Members must meet in their business activities. NACFB Members commit to treating their clients fairly and responsibly, and to operating with integrity at all times.
If you wish to attend this regulatory forum to discuss our collective readiness, please confirm here – spaces are strictly limited so will operate on a first come first serve basis.
This event is free and open to all NACFB Patrons.
If you would like to register for this event, please submit your details below.
Please note this is a NACFB Patron only event.
