This Training Day is aimied at experienced leasing and asset finance brokers, including vehicle finance brokers, and will look at changes in the industry, the challenges and opportunities these present and the best methods of approaching them.

The course will be presented by Richard Bassham from Field Solutions Training, who will be a familiar face to those of you who attended any of the Regional Workshops last year, or the Beginner's Guide to Leasing & Asset Finance Training Day earlier this year.

Richard regularly works with the Finance & Leasing Association and has been training new entrants into the asset finance industry for over fifteen years. With twenty seven years of general asset finance experience to recount from, Richard’s career has included direct and vendor sales and sales management, administration and underwriting. Richard joined Barclays Mercantile Industrial Finance in 1980 as a field-based sales representative. In 2006, Richard joined Field Solutions Limited to head up their training division. Field Solutions are well established in the asset finance industry, and, besides training, provide consultancy, pricing and evaluation tools and proposal management systems to both brokers and funders.
