This one day course is designed for brokers new to the commercial finance industry. The training will focus on commercial mortgages predominantly, but other areas of business finance, such as factoring, leasing and bridging will also be included.
The aim of the morning's session is to give advice and guidance on how to put a commercial mortgage deal together for a lender. The course material will look at how a commercial mortgage is structured and how a lender assesses risk. It will also cover how to put a client's deal together for a lender.
The afternoon session will give a brief overview of the other types of commercial finance available to the commercial broker. These include leasing and asset finance as well as invoice discounting and bridging.
